Craig Sullivan – Owner

Craig has always been involved in the collision repair industry. He first started out working in body shops doing the frame repairs and painting for about 12 years, and later decided he wanted to open his own business selling collision equipment. In 1991 he created Sullivan’s Equipment in the garage of his house and now it has grown to 10+ employees and a 12,800 square foot building. He has also served as a past IABA President and is still an active Charter Member. Craig enjoys drag racing in his spare time.

Jennifer Murrain has been with Sullivan’s Equipment since 1999.  She is typically the one that you speak to when you call into the office with any needs or concerns.  Customer satisfaction is her top priority among her other daily tasks as Office Manager, also making sure that Sullivan’s Equipment runs like a well-oiled machine.  She has seen many progressive changes during the growth of the company, and is excited to see what the future will bring to Sullivan’s Equipment and its valued customers.

Kyle Gradeless – Sales

Kyle has worked in iron sales for Sullivan’s Equipment since 2012. His customers know him best for his knowledge, flexibility and eagerness to help. He primarily provides customers with Car-O-Liner products but he strives to be a one stop shop for all collision repair equipment needs. He also provides in-depth, individualized training to ensure products are used to the utmost of their ability. The training that he provides offers customers the opportunity to obtain I-Car credits. Kyle prides himself on being helpful to his customers not just a “salesman.”

Rob Barnes – Service

Rob went to high school in Bloomington Indiana, and college at Purdue in Lafayette Indiana for MET/EET.  He has over 25 years of experience in multiple service fields. These fields include electrical, electronics, pneumatics, intrinsic safe systems, programming, industrial design, and testing and measurements. Rob has been with us since 2013 and does our paint booth repairs and service, and also is responsible for doing the fire-ups on the new booths that we sell.

Brian Simkins – Sales

Brian represents Accudraft Spray Booth products for Sullivan’s Equipment. He is available to help walk you through the entire spray booth process from purchase through installation for any automotive or industrial need.  When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Sandra Harris – Accounting/Office Assistant

Sandra has been with us since April, 2018. Not only was she hired for her sparkling personality, she has 20+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant in Sales and Marketing. Sandra works in the office and her responsibilities include answering the phone and assisting our customers with any issue they may have – from questions about an invoice, ordering parts, to scheduling a service call. She enjoys spending time with friends and riding her Harley Davidson.

Tim James – Service/Install

While Tim has only been with us since early 2018, he comes with over 20 years of facility and machine maintenance. He has been to Car-O-Liner for training and is looking forward to helping our customers stay up and running with quality service and repair of Car-O-Liner and other collision repair equipment.

Bob Scheel – Sales

Bob started with us in 2014 with a long history in the collision equipment field. His background consists of selling, installing and servicing equipment throughout Tennessee. Bob serves as one of our sales reps in the Tennessee market and is ready to help with all your needs.

Zach Dallas – Booth Project Manager/Installer

Zach is our booth project manager / builder for paint booth installs. He has been in the construction trade for 24 years, from the foundation to the roof. These skills have carried over to install the customer’s booth with knowledge and accuracy. He enjoys spending time with his two children and three dogs.

Ronnie Maggart – Sales

Ronnie is one of our sales representatives in the Tennessee market. His background consists of selling tires to the racing industry, this comes as a plus to Sullivan’s Equipment because of his people networking. We look for Ronnie to be a big addition to our team and grow his market.

Chase Henderson – Installer

Chase is also on our paint booth build team. His background is also based in construction. This past experience will assist him in making sure your booth is installed as designed.

Jeremy McCormack – Service/Install

Jeremy has been with us since early 2016 and has been a valuable asset to our team.  He is part of our install, service and repair team that works on the iron side of the business.  His trouble shooting aptitude and ability really helps get the problem diagnosed and resolved quickly.  He eagerly awaits deer season every year waiting for that big buck to come within his sights.

Rodney – Mascot

Meet Rodney, the cutest dog ever!  He is always happy to see the employees when we come into work and never gets into any mischief, and he never potties on the floor!
